What exactly does a wedding coordinator do?
A wedding coordinator ensures that everything on your big day runs smoothly. We manage the timeline, communicate with vendors, handle any hiccups, and make sure your ceremony and reception unfold just the way you planned. Think of us as your calm, organized best friends on one of the most important days of your life.

How is a coordinator different from a wedding planner?
A wedding planner helps you design and plan the wedding over months—handling budgeting, design, and vendor selection. A wedding coordinator (what we do) typically comes in closer to the wedding date to manage logistics, finalize details, and run the day-of operations. We also offer last-minute planning and same-day coordination packages.

When should I book a wedding coordinator?
As early as possible! We often book out several months in advance—especially for peak wedding season (spring and fall in East Tennessee). That said, we’re also here for last-minute bookings, and can jump in quickly when you need us.

Do you travel outside Knoxville or East Tennessee?
Yes! While we’re based in Knoxville, we happily serve all of East Tennessee—including Maryville, Sevierville, Chattanooga, and Grainger County. For locations further out, just reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!

What types of venues do you work with?
